Challenge
This client's home in Aurora, CO was hit hard by a hailstorm in 2020 leaving the exterior of the home in need of repairs to the damaged roof, gutters, window screens and paint. The roof was also very steep and in need of essential safety requirements.
Solution
Our project manager, AJ, and our claims department worked with the client's insurance carrier to negotiate full replacement of the damages from the storm. We were also able to approve installing safety D-Rings on the roof that would allow anyone walking or working on the roof to safely clip on with a harness.
Project Summary
The client was completely impressed with the new roof, having this to say about the project:
"4th DC replaced the roof on my large house following a hailstorm. They performed the roofing work in one day by using a large crew in good weather. Their thorough inspection also found damage to the gutters, windscreens and some painted areas, which they coordinated reimbursement directly with the insurance company. The project lead, AJ Trujillo, was exceptionally responsive and was able to explain the project in great detail. I would use this company again." — David Giraitis (5-star review) Products Used
