Challenge
This client's home in Louisville, CO was hit hard by a hail storm leaving the roof of the home in need of replacement. Additionally, the homeowner wanted an upgrade to a class 4 shingle to protect the roof against future storms.
Solution
Our project manager and claims department worked with the client's insurance carrier to negotiate full replacement of the damages from the storm. The client was also given options of all the new products from GAF the number one rated shingle manufacturer. The client went with a class 4 impact resistant shingle from GAF to help with any future hail storms and also was eligible to get a discount from her insurance company.
