Challenge
This client's home in Littleton, CO was hit hard by a hail storm last year leaving the exterior of the home in need of repairs to the roof, siding, fence, and paint. Additionally, the homeowner wanted a fresh new modern color choice to the roofing shingles and paint.
Solution
Our project manager and claims department worked with the client's insurance carrier to negotiate full replacement of the damages from the storm. The vlient was also given options of all the new products from GAF the number one rated shingle manufacturer. She went with a class 4 impact resistant shingle from GAF to help with any future hail storms and also was eligible to get a discount from her insurance company.
