Challenge
The windows on this home in Westminster, CO were old aluminum basement windows, they we're allowing cold air to enter the house. This was causing energy bills to be high, not to mention it was cold in the basement. They we're looking to make the basement into a comfortable living space and rent it out, however before they could do that the windows we're needing to be replaced.
Solution
After our project managers went over the many different options they had, they picked one of our most popular windows made by Milgard. The project was completed and the homeowners we're amazed at how much the new windows made a difference on keeping the cold Colorado air out!
